AND DIRECTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF THE
WATER DEPARTMENT TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES TO IN...
STALL WATER PIPE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA:
THAT H. H. HORN, Superintendent of the Water
Department for said City be, and he is hereby
directed and authorized to make application to
the War Department of the United States for a
Permit to install a temporary two (2) inch
water pipe across the Municipal Channel in
Biscayne Bay to supply water to the Harbor
Terminal Island, in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and to make such application in the
name of the said City, or in his name, as
representative of said City.
