BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
• Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 otclock A. M. , March
2nd , A. D. l9.38, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestsin or affected by the above designated
improvements s to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvements as
completed, be and the same aft hereby accepted.
