RESOLUTION NO . 4264
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-183 DISTRICT H-183
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-183 ,
District H-183 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on April
6th , A. D. 1938, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected •by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March,
A. D. 1938 .
