OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-279 and 298 DISTRICTS SR-279 and 298
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-279 and 298,
and 298
Districts SR-279/havebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementsrecommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on April
6th , A. D. 19 3$ at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
