BE IT RESOLVED BY TIS; CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 4235, passed and adopted
by said City Council of the City of Miami Beach on February
16th, 1938, be and the same is hereby amended as follows :
That an item concerning the modification and reduction
of assessments withreference to Lot 21-M, Block 1, Amended
Plat of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, be added thereto as
follows:

provement, and that the total assessments as indicated on said as-
sessment roll in the sum of Twenty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty-Eight and 96/100 Dollars 028,358.96) , are hereby approved
and confirmed..
be amended to read as follows:

preliminary assessment roll, and the sums and amounts against each.

ALSO, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten days after this amended
confirmation of said assessment roll, as same pertains to Lot 2].-M,
Block 1, Amended Flat of Second Ocean Front Subdivision,
the same be delivered to the City Clerk, and the City Clerk is
hereby ordered, thirty days after the date of this Resolution, to
make collection of the said assessment therein as required by law,
provided, however, that the owner of any lot or parcel of land
which shall have been assessed in excess of *25.00 may, before
the lapse of said thirty days, file with the City Clerk, his written
undertaking, waiving all irregularities and illegality in connection
with said assessment against said lot or parcel and agree to pay
the same in equal installments in each of the five succeeding years,
at the times in said years at which the general City taxes are due
and payable, with interest upon said deferred installments at the
rate of six per cent per annum from date of said confirmation which
said five year period is hereby fixed and determined by the City
Council.
