HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-192 H-192
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hareby settin ; forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
` Charter:
H-192 16TH STREET: From the East line of Lenox Avenue
to the West line of Washington Avenue, to be paved,
and where heretofore paved to be rensved to a
width of fifty (50) feet with a bituminous wearing
surface on a ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets
manholes and catch basins, and improved on both
sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on_ _ Plats
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 69 and in Plat Book
6, Page 34 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Washington Avenue is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 2 32.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
nttices and proceedings, the °reparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and _roper in conductin the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-192, and the property a ainst
,'hich assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-192.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF April A.D.1938.
