TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF XX

WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-282, 283 and 304,
283 and 304
Districts SR-282,ha$ebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementsrecommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on April
20th , A. D. 1938 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April
A. D. 1938 .
