A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-188 DISTRICT H-188
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-188 ,
District H-18g , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, i3E IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami :Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M.
on April
20th , A. D. 19 3$ at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
