Resolution 4295 RESOLUTION NO, 4295
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
' plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regula-
tions, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 289 of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, be amdnded by adding thereto
the following paragraph immediately following District
No. 35.
"District No. 36. There shall be a front
yard having a depth of not less than fif-
teen ( 15) feet. There shall be a rear yard
having a depth of not less than five ( 5)
feet. There shall be a side yard having a
width of not less than five ( 5) feet on
either side of a building, provided, however,
that corner lots shall not require a side
yard on the side of the lot abutting on the
side street. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 18th day of May, A. D. , 1938, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing ie published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, A. D. , 1938.
