RESOLUTION NO, 4296
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations,
restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No.
289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Area Regulation on the following de-
scribed property, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 77, less the following described
property - Beginning at the Northeast corner
of Lot 3, Block 77, Fisher' s First Subdivision
of Alton Beach, thence run westerly a distance
of 58.95' more or less to a point, thence run
southerly a distance of 50' to a point on South
line of said Lot 3, thence run Easterly a dis-
tance of 50.57' more or less to point which is
the Southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence run
Northeasterly a distance of 50. 7' more or less
to point of beginning, recorded in Plat Book 2
at Page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, also
Lot 4, Block 77, less the following described
-
property Beginning at the Northeast corner
of Lot , Block 77, Fisher' s First Subdivision
of Alton Beach, thence run Westerly a distance
of 50.57 ' more or less to a point, thence run
Southerly a distance of 50' to point on South
line of said Lot 4, thence run easterly a dis-
tance of 42.09' more or less to a point which
is Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence run
Northeasterly a distance of 50.7' more or less
to point of beginning, recorded in Plat Book 2
at Page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be amended so as to change the above described land from its
present Area Regulation District No. 16 to Area Regulation
District No. 36.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 18th day of May, A. D. , 1938, at 10:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
