BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described imrrovement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section]29 and 30 of the
City Charter: _

the Public Recordsof Dade County, Florida, and es said Streets
and Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance Nos . 232 and 359.
And the total cost of said fill improvement shall be assessed aginst
the above described property in proportion to the amount of fill
placed; the assessments against the above designated Streets, Alley
and Avenues to be paid by the City of Miami Beach.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and
Specifications and Estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construc-
tion, legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed for each cubic yard of fill
placed.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds asFill Improvement F-1, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District F-1.
PASS$D AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF' April A.D.1938.
