9 RESOLUTION NO. 4300
FILL
IMPROVEMENT F-i DISTRICT F-1
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 8th day of A7-ri1 1938, ordered the
Fill Improvement F-1 , District F-1
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the2Oth day of
April 1938 , at the City Hall in said City at 10 :00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Fill
Improvement F-1 , District F-1 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $28,061.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
by letting- a' ' ' contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th dgy of April , A. D.
1938.
