Resolution 4310 RESOLUTION NO. 4310
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Trustees of The
Internal Improvement Board of the State of Florida be
and they are hereby respectfully requested to notify
this body in writing before any further bay bottom
rights within our City limits are sold, deeded or
transferred in order that we may be in a position to
properly consider the rights of our citizens in such
matters and to protect the City's interests.
