A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMSROVEMENT SR-300 DISTRICT x.300
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWERIMPROVEMENT SR-300
District SR-30Q has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Bcach, Floridai that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will •be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on May
lath , A. D. 1934 at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof •by the City Council.
