Resolution 4320 RESOLUTION NO. 4320
WHEREAS, the Orleans Corporation proposes to dredge,
fill and bulkhead property commonly known as Lummus Island,
all as shown on two drawings designated Sheet 1 of 2 and
Sheet 2 of 2 and entitled as follows :
PROPOSED DREDGING, FILL
AND BULKHEAD
IN BISCAYNE BAY - MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA.
APPLICATION BY - ORLEANS CORPORATION.

ENGINES
MIAMI, FLORIDA APRIL, 1938
SCALE AS SHOWN.
and
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered
by the City Council, and a copy of same is attached and made a
part hereof and
WHEREAS, the construction contemplated by the said Orleans
Corporation will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waive and it does hereby waive
all objections to the said proposed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lit day of May, A. D. , 193g.
