Resolution 4321 RESOLUTION NO. 4321
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations , restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Use Regulation on the following de-
scribed property, to-wit:
Lots 21 to 31, inclusive, Block 4A, Lots 5
to 9, inclusive, Block 4B, Lots 7 to 11, in-
clusive, Block 4C, Lots 4 and 5, Block 4D,
Island No. 4, 3rd Revised Plat of Sunset Is-
lands, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 8, Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change said properties from
their present Use Regulation District "RE",
Multiple-Family classification, to what is
known as "RD" Single-Family classification;
Also that the Use Regulation on the following
described property, to-wit:
Tract 4-A1, Lots 17 to 20, inclusive, Block 4A,
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4B, Lots 1 to 5, inclu-
sive, Block 4C, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4D, 3rd
Revised Plat of Sunset Islands, recorded in Plat
Book 40, Page S, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be amended so as to change said properties from
their present Use Regulation District "BD" Busi-
ness District classification, to what is known
as "RD" Single-Family classification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 15th day of June, A. D. , 193g, at 10:00
o1clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 259.
