HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-194 DISTRICT H-194
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 27th day of April, 1938, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-194, District H-194
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on thelgth day of
May, 1938 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. ,, receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no having objections,� been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-194 , District H-194 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $386.21 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
