SUBJECT: Historic Preservation Award for the City's restoration of the London House
We are pleased to inform the Mayor and Members of the City Commission that the City of Miami
Beach has been selected by Dade Heritage Trust, to receive an award for the restoration of the
historic London House located at 1965-1975 Washington Avenue for affordable housing.
The award will be presented at the Dade Heritage Trust Annual Meeting and Preservation
Awards Ceremony on Tuesday. April 17, 2018 at the Miracle Theater located at 280 Miracle Mile
in Coral Gables.
