BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I: IA .ZI BEACH,
FLORIDA.
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed uncle* Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-3(45 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and apourtenanCes.
At or near the center of the alley in Block
Ninety-five (95) , Ocean Beach Addition No. 3,
from a point at or near the south line , produced
easterly of Lot Twelve (12) , said Block \iinety-
five (95) , to a point at or near the south line,
produced easterly, of Lot Ten (10) , said Block
Ninety-five (95) .
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each fifty (50) feet of abutting
property, as a part of the ,Hain improvement.
As said alley, lots , block and subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 81,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates , the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts , etc. , anany other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-305, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated. as District SR-305.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1st DAY OF June A.D.1938.
