BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF '_.'_IAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-306 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the west curb line of North Bay Road
from 'a point at or near the north line , produced
easterly, of Lot Four (4) , Block One (1) , Nautilus
Subdivision, to a point at or near the north line
of Lot Ono (1)Block One (1) of said Nautilus
Subdivision.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the :rain sewer to the line of approxi-
mately each one hundred (100) feet of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Road, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 95
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the 'epa.ra-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-306, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be .nade for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-306.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF June A.D.1938.
