Resolution 4333 RESOLUTION NO. 4333
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations,
restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No.
259, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Use and Area Regulations of the follow-
ing described property, to-wit :
"THIRD REVISED PLAT OF SUNSET ISLANDS, in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as same
is shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book
40, at Page 5 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, "
be amended, changed and modified so as to classify
and designate all of Blocks 1-A, 1-E, 1-H, 2-D,
2-G, 2-H, 3-D, 3-H, 4-A and 4-F in the Use Regula-
tion "RCEstate District, and
so as to classify and designate all of Blocks 1-B,
1-C, 1-D, 1-F, 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-E, 2-F, 3-A, 3-B,
3-C, 3-E, 3-F, 4-B, 4-C, 4-D and '4--E, also a Tract
near the center of Island No. 2 designated "Re-
served" in the Use Regulation "RD" Single-Family
District, and
so as to classify and designate all of that tract
shown and designated as "Tract 4-Al" on the afore-
mentioned plat although marked "not a part of this
plat", in the Use Regulation "RDE" Restricted
Multiple-Family District, and
so as to classify and designate all of Blocks 1-A,
1-E, 1-H, 2-D, 2-G, 2-H, 3-D, 3-H, 4-A and 4-F, in
Area Regulation District No. 32, and
so as to classify and designate all of Blocks 1-B,
1-C, 1-D, 1-F, 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-E, 2-F, 3-A, 3-B,
3-C, 3-E and 3-F; also a tract near the center of
Island No. 2 designated "Reserved" in Area Regula-
tion District No. 22, and
so as to classify and designate all of Blocks 4-B,
4-C, 4-D and 4-E in Area Regulation District No.
14, and
so as to classify and designate all of that Tract,
shown and designated as "Tract 4-Al" on the afore-
' said plat, in Area Regulation District No. 37.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 6th day of July, A. D. , 1938, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purposes as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 259.
