SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SRF-307 DISTRICT SR-307
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 15th day of June 1938, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-30./ District SR-307,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as requiredby the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 6th day of
July l938 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o l clock A. M. , receive and hoar objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beech , Florida, that the saidresolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-307 , District SR-307 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $371.91 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
