RESOLUTION NO. 4349

MPROVE;. ,NT 314 DISTRICT SL-14
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 6th day of July l938, ordered the
$ewer Lateral Improvement M.14, District SL-14,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 20thday of
July, 1938 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sewer Lateral
Improvement SL-14 , District SL-14 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of$6g2.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds, for this purpose,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
