WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-305 AND 306,
District SR-305, havebeen completed and acceptance of
and 306
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THE.?.EFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on September
7th , A. D. 1938 , at the City Hall , at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
