A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA; TO
FILE AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA THROUGH THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY ADMINIS-
TRATION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A GRANT TO AID
IN FINANCING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION
AND DESIGNATING THE CITY ENGINEER,CITY CLERK
AND CITY ATTORNEY TO FURNISH SUCH INFORMATION
AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY BEQUEST
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer, be, and he is
authorized to execute and file an application on behalf
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to the United States of
America, for a grant to aid in financing the construction of
a fire station.
Section 2: That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer, C.ti"+.Tomlinson, City
Clerk and J.H.Robillard, City Attorney, be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such iri'ormation as the
United States of America through the Federal Emergency Admin-
istration of Public Works may reasonably request in connection
with the application which is herein authorized to be filed.
