HIGHWAY I�iPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIAP. I BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered tao be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-199 MICHTGAN AVENUE: From the north line of Third (3)
Street to the south line of Fifth (5) Street, to
be paved, and where heretofore paved, to be repaved
to a width of fifty (50) feet, with a bituminous
wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins, and improved on both
sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Street and Avenue are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 81, and in Plat Book
9 at Page 10 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,and as said Michigr . Avenue is named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
THIB Improvement shall be designated in &1l proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-199, and the property arr-ainst
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-199.
