SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR..305 and 306 DISTRICTS SR-305 and 306
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , September
7th , A. D. 1938, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interests. in or affected by the above designated
improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvements, as
completed, be and the sameail* hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September,
