HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT I--196 DISTRICT H-196
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on t ze 211th day of August, 1938, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-196, District H-196,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 7th day of
September, 1938 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o l clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Bench , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-196 , District H-196 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $1,139.60 is
hereby authorized to be set up from 1938--1939 Budgetary item 181-S,fo;
this purpose the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with Cit: forces without contract.
