HIGHWAY
IMPROVE ENT H.199 DISTRICT H-199
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 24th day of August, 193g , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-199 District H-199
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 7thday of
September, 1938 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o t clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-199 , District H-199 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $6375.24 is
hereby authorized to be set up from 1938-1939 Budgetary Item 181-S fox
this purpos‘he City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
