RESOLUTION NO. 4378
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-202 DISTRICT H-202
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 24th day of August, 193$, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-202 , District H-202
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 7th day of
September, 19 3g , . at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-202 , District H-202 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $1 996.50 is
hereby authorized to be set up from 1938-1936 Budgetary Item 1$1-S,for
this purpose the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
