SIDELK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SK-89 SK-39
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH,FLORI DA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
• is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby
• setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 and
30 of the City Charter:
SK-39 A Five (5) Foot sidewalk on the west side
of Prairie Avenue from Wiest Fortieth (40th)
Street to West Forty-first (41st) Street.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on
Plat Book 7, Page 161 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the u- eparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting Property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-89, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-89.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF September,A.D., 938.
