Resolution 4382 RESOLUTION NO. 4382
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted its resolution authorizing
the City Engineer to make application to the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public Works for the construction of a Fire
Station, and
WHEREAS, the amount of funds to be provided by the said
City of Miami Beach in cash toward the building of said Fire
Station is estimated to be $43,284.00, and
WHEREAS, said cash is now in the current funds of the
said City of Miami Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the said City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said sum of $43, 284.00,
now in the current funds of said City and on deposit in the
Miami Beach First National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida, be
and the same is hereby appropriated and transferred to the capi-
tal fund of said City for the purpose of building said Fire Sta-
tion.
