A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-303 and SX-307 DISTRICTS SR-303 and
SR-307
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEDEN'$ SR-303, and SR-307,
Districts SR-303, havebeen completed and acceptance of
and SR-307
said improvementsrecommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on October
12th, A. D. 1938, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September
A. D. 1938 .
