OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.

IMPROVEMENTS H-192 and H-195 DISTRICT S H-192 and H-195
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-192 and H-195,
Districts H-192 , havebeen completed and acceptance of
and H-195
said improvementsrecomLmended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 1000 o 'clock A. M. on October
12t4 A. D. 1938 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September,
