RESOLUTION NO. 4391
SIDEWALK
IMPROVE= SK-59 DISTRICT SK-89
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 19 3$, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sidewalk Improvement
SK-59 , District SK-59, and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and nn estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Enc~ineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the Cit�r Clerk shn.11 cause to be posted
at the door o:" the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, .
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that ac a meet-
ing of thf, City Council of Miami Beach on the 2nd day of
November , 1935, at 10: 00 o' clock A. N. , the City Council
will hear ne objections of all persons interested tm the
confirmation of saidresolution ordering said improvement.
