A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS,
HI GHWAY
IMPROVEMENTS H-192 & H-195 DISTRICTS H-192 and H-195
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEaNTS H-192, and H-195,
and H-195
Districts H-192/ halgebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvements recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
ROW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Soach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 16 :00 o 'clock A. M. on November
2nd, A. D. 1938, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsa.s to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October,
