WHEREAS,SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-303 and SR-307
and SR-307
Districts SR-303/havebeen completed and accet�tance of
said improvements recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
ROW, THEREFORE, i3E IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil o:: ibe pity of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on November
2nd , A. D. 1938, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
menu as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October,
A. D. 1935.
