HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H..189 DISTRICT H-189
WHEREAS , the CityCouncil , byresolution
passed and
adopted on the 7th day of June 1937, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-189, District H-18
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 28thday of
June 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Cityof Miami zami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-189 , District H-189 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $3052.2$ is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
