RESOLUTION NO. 4399
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMEN1S SK-90 & 91 DISTRICT SK-90 & 91
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of October , 1938 , the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sidewalk Improvement
SI�.gO District SK and directed the City Engineer to
�a 2 and file p 9eltd specifications of such improve--
mentsand an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental oxpenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City En^;ineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami •
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Mi: .mi. Beach, a notice stating that aY a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 2nd day of
November , 1538 , at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear t'ne objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvements,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October ,
