RESOLUTION NO. 4401
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Iii ami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations , restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
That the use regulation of the following described
property, to-wit:
Lots 8A, 8, 9 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Block 13,
Amended Plat Alton Beach Realty Company' s Block
13, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 9
at Page 146, Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 13A and the East
one-half of each of Lots 1 to 5, inclusive of Block
14A, Island View Addition, according to a plat re-
corded in Plat Book 9, at Page 144, Public Records
of Dade County, Florida; and also the East onehalf
of each of Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, Block 14, Island
View Subdivision, according to a plat recorded in
Plat Book 6 at Page 115, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present "BB"
Business District Classification, to what is known as "RE"
Multiple-Family District Classification, as said use regulations
are described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 23rd day of November, A. D. , 1938, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289..
