SIDEWALK
IM. ROVEI:IENT SK-89 DISTRICT SK-S`9
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on tne 7th day of September,l93g, ordered the
Sidewalk Imnrovement SK-89 , District SK-g9,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate cf the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
November 1938 , at the City Hall in said City at 10 :00
of clock A. M. , receive and hoar objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of I:Iiami Bench , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-89 , District SK-89 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $220.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Capital Fund for this purpose,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with Cit; forces without contract.
