SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-90 DISTRICT SK-90
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 19th day of October 1938, ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-90, District SK-90
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
November, l938 , at the City Hall in said City at10:O0
otclock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Bench , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-90 , District SK-90 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $128.48. is
hereby authorized to be set up from Capital Fund for this our-
posethe City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
