RESOLUTION NO. 4414
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH', FLORIDA
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of April, A. D. 1937, the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered into certain articles of
agreement with Y. C. Gryzmish and Florence L. Gryzmish, his wife,
wherein and whereby said City agreed to purchase and said Gryzmish
agreed to sell certain property in what is known as North Normandy
Isle, Dade County, Florida, to be used as a golf course; and
WHEREAS, the said GrY agreedcone zmish to and did

convey unto said City a certain other Tract on the said North
Normandy Isle for the purpose of guaranteeing and assuring to said
City that all of the covenants, agreements and work pertaining to
bulkheading and fill, as set forth in said agreement, would be
performed and completed in the manner and within the time as set
forth in said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the said Gryzmish has performed all of the
covenants, agreements and work pertaining to bulkheading and fill
in the manner and within the time provided in said contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
I City Clerk of said City be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to re-convey to the said V. C. Gryzmish that Tract of
land described in the above mentioned contract to be re-conveyed
when the terns and conditions of said contract had been performed.
