HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I.iIAI:;I
BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed. under Sections 29 and. 30 of
- the City Charter:
H-204 ABBOTT AVENUE ; From Seventy-fifth (75th) Street
to Seventy-sixth (76) Street and
EI HTH-SIXTH (86th) STREET; from Collins Avenue
to the west line of the alley west of Collins
Avenue, to be paved, and where heretofore paved,
to be repaved to a width of twenty (20) feet with
a bituminous wearing surface on an eight (8)
inch rock base.
As said Streets, Avenues and alley are shown on
_ Plats recorded. in Plat Book 4, Page 162, and in
Plat Book 8, Page 41 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Street and Avenue
are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all pl'oceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-204, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-204.
