H-204 , District H-204, and directed the City Engineer to •
prepare and file p'.ans and specifications of such improve •

mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci •

j fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City En^^ineer with the City ••
Clerk.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami ••

Beach, Florida, that the Cit:,7 Clerk shall cause to be posted •
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, ••
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station, •
in the City of. Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a. meet •

ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 16thday of •
November , 1938, at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council ••
will hear the objections of all persons interested to the
