BE IT REED LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF :.:IA I BEACH'
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby Getting; forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-302 The laying underground of an e i ght (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necesP. .ry manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Carlyle. Avenue from
a point at or near the intersection of the centerline
of said C.n.rrle Avenue and Indian Creek Drive to
a point at or near the north line, produced westerly
of Lot One (1) , Bloch J, Corrected Plat- of Atlantic
Heir hts.
ToFether with a six (6) inchterra cotta lateral to
the line of Lot One (1) , Block J, said Corrected Plat
of Atlantic nei -hts.
As said Avenue, Drive , Lot, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book rine (9) , Page
Fourteen (14) , of. the Public Records of Dade County,
r1.orida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including en estimate of the cost
thereof, including en estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other- surveys , the inspection and suo: rintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedingsthe Prepara-
tion of bonds , interest during; construction, legal services , abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided_ for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all Proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR . O9, and the property
at.ai nst which assessments therefor may be Lade for the cost thereof
• f shall be designated as District SR-309.
