BE IT RESOLVED EY THE CITY COU='CIL OF THE CITY CF :.:IAI.7I BEACH, •
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the followinE described improvement is .sere by
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
•
SR-310 'The laying underground of an ei =,ht (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necess,a7 manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Sheridan Avenue from a -Point
at or near the south line , produced westerly, of Lot
Sixteen (16) , Block One (1) , Orchard Subdivision Number
Four (4) to point at or near the south •line, produced
westerly of Lot Eighteen (18) , Block One (1) , said Orchard
Subdivision Number 4.

Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral •
from the main serer to the line of Lots Seventeen (17)and
Eighteen (18) , - Block One (1) , Orchard Subdivision Number
• 4 as a part of the main improvement.
As s. id Avenue, Lots , Block and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-five (25) , Page
Thirty (30) , of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specific.ntions of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, __ _ _- _ - - .•,. _..- including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of Plans and Specifications and Estimates, the printing: and nublica.tio4
• of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, leal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting, property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Smitary Sever Improvement SR,-310, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be ^de for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-310.
