WHEREAS, on the 16th day of November , 193g, the
City Council passed and. adopted lc resolutionsordering '

prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, end the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
` 1 expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
1Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami. Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the Cite Council of Miami Beach on the gth day of
December1 1934 at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear t'.�eobjections of all rersons interested tm the
confirmation of sa.:id resolution ordering said improvement.
