BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAT,I BEACH
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of
the City Charter:
H-205 THE ALLEY BETWEEN 16TH STREET AND LINCOLi• ROAD;
From Pennsylvania Avenue to a point one hundred
sixty (160) feet east of the east line of said
Pennsylvania Avenue, to be paved, and where
heretofore paved to be repaved to a width of
twenty (20) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on an eight (8) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins.
As said Alley, Avenue, Street and Road are shown
on ,r Plats recorded in Plat Book Six (6) , Page
Thirty-three (33) and in Plat Book 9, Page Sixty-nine
(69) of the Public Records of Dade Cou_nty,Florid•a.
The City Enineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the. work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publicption of notices and -Droceedins,
the preparation of bonds, interest during, construction, legal services ,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all Proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-205, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-205.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY CF November A.D.1933.
