Fisher made the following statement regarding the death of Hulius Fleischman: "Mr. Fleischman spent two hours with me yesterday morning =tam outlining his program for the coming months and I never have seen him in better spirits. His mind was popping with the many plans he had under way to give pleasure to others, a fashion he had of seeking enjoyment far himselfe "He pi:Immix made arrangements to order a fiats speed boat for the Gold Cup races to be held in Detroit in August and it was to be a duplicate of the one . son I was ordering. He planned to have his/Julius Junior, who is 25 years old9 pilot the boat in the race, and he was enthusiastic over the prospects of having his son follow in his footsteps in the interest he has always . evidenced in virle snorts. His son was an exceedingly clever polo player, a fact which Mr. Fleischman always reviewed with pride. "His new home, which was to be built9was another source of his enthusiasm and he was delighted with a fifty year old palm tree which had been transplanted to his home plat only a few days ago.
